Stunning skyscrapers and a captivating narrative intertwine in this free walking tour of Toronto, one of the most progressive cities situated in southeastern Canada. It is impossible not to be enchanted by the capital of Ontario!

Description

Our complimentary tour of Toronto kicks off at the designated time in front of The Berczy Park Dog Fountain, a unique water feature nestled within the 3,606-square-meter (0.891-acre) park.

We will commence by visiting the iconic Gooderham Building. Have you ever wondered what makes this structure so remarkable? After delving into its fascinating history, we will proceed towards the base of the CN Tower. This massive broadcasting tower, soaring to a height of 553 meters (1,814 feet), is an undeniable emblem of Toronto.

Our next destination will be the Old Town area, where we’ll admire The Toronto Old City Hall. Opened in 1899, this former city hall is distinguished by its remarkable neo-Romanesque architecture, which stands out dramatically against the backdrop of surrounding skyscrapers.

Next, we will explore the lively Nathan Phillips Square, one of the central hubs of the city that lies adjacent to the old city hall. Following this, we will visit the Financial District of Toronto and check out Yonge-Dundas Square and Yonge Street, claimed to be the longest street in the world!

Ultimately, after approximately three hours of exploration, we will conclude our free tour of Toronto by returning to our original meeting location.
