In this course, you'll learn the fundamentals of one of the region's most enjoyable water sports. Participants will meet at the designated time at the shop on Bell Street, where they will receive a wetsuit and surfboard and be assigned to an instructor. The course lasts two hours.

Initially, basic exercises will be conducted in the sand to familiarize participants with the surfboard. Once ready, the group will proceed to the beach to practice surfing.

Patience is important. While it may be challenging at first, you'll be on your feet quickly. With practice, you will start to navigate through the water and enjoy this sport. You may find it hard to leave!

After two hours of catching waves, participants will return to the surf shop to conclude the course.
