The guided tour of the Madrid Romero winery begins with a welcome drink. Participants will explore the facilities of this important winery in the Region of Murcia. The tour includes insights into the winery's history, showcasing the blend of traditional and modern techniques used in wine production. An additional visit to Finca Los Triviños in Basilicas will provide a deeper understanding of fine wine making.
After the introduction, attendees will partake in a wine tasting of 5 Madrid wines. This tasting will include homemade hummus varieties and the regional specialty 'tortas escaldás'.
