We'll meet at a time of your choice on Praia Azul beach in Torres Vedras, where we'll provide all the necessary equipment.

The lesson will begin with instructions and practice of basic movements on land. Once you are familiar with maintaining your balance, we'll proceed to the water to hit the waves!

Initially, we will focus on small waves, and when you are comfortable surfing near the shore, we will venture out further where you can practice with waves of all heights.

At the conclusion of the lesson, we will return to the starting point to return the equipment.
