Torres Vedras Surf Lesson

We'll meet at a time of your choice on Praia Azul beach in Torres Vedras, where we'll provide all necessary equipment.

To begin the lesson, we will give you some instructions and practice the basic movements on land. Once you are balanced, we'll head out to sea and hit the waves!

We will start with small waves, and once you are comfortable surfing near the shore, we will go further out into the sea for practice with waves of all heights!

At the end of the lesson, we'll return to the starting point to return the equipment.
