We'll meet at a time of your choice on Praia Azul beach in Torres Vedras, where we'll provide all necessary equipment.

To begin the lesson, instructions will be given and basic movements will be practiced on land. Once balance is mastered, we'll head out to sea and hit the waves!

We'll start with small waves. Once you're comfortable surfing near the shore, we'll proceed further out into the sea to practice with waves of all heights!

At the end of the lesson, we will return to the starting point to return the equipment.
