We'll meet at a time of your choice on Praia Azul beach in Torres Vedras, where we'll provide all necessary equipment.

The lesson will begin with some instructions and practice of basic movements on land. Once you are confident with your balance, we'll head out to sea to hit the waves!

Initially, we will focus on small waves, and as you gain comfort surfing near the shore, we'll progress further out into the sea for you to practice with waves of all heights.

At the end of the lesson, we'll return to the starting point to return the equipment.
