Embark on a journey back in time to visit one of the most enigmatic castles in Italy on this day trip to Castel del Monte.

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at Piazza Re Manfredi and depart Trani to travel to Castel del Monte by minibus.

Upon arrival, we'll begin a guided tour of the interior of the castle, exploring its halls and towers and learning about its architectural details.

Castel del Monte is an octagonal fortress built by Frederick II, emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, in the 13th century. Its form and architecture make it a jewel of medieval art recognized as a World Heritage Site in 1996.

After this visit, we'll return to the meeting point in Trani, completing a total of 3 hours for the trip.
