Erice Day Trip

At the agreed time, we'll meet in the centre of Trapani and get on the bus to the nearby town of Erice.

After a 30-minute journey, we'll arrive in Erice, a medieval village in the mountains where every street and monument reflects tradition and history. From the village, we'll enjoy a panoramic view from Marsala to San Vito Lo Capo, showcasing the wonders of the Sicilian region.

Together with our guide, we'll visit the symbolic locations around the "City of 100 Churches", passing through the old city gate of Porta Trapani and strolling through the narrow streets of the town. We will explore the historical centre to taste some typical sweets or to admire local craftsmanship, particularly the manufacture of carpets.

During our tour of Erice, we'll also view its typical decorations made of ceramics painted in bright shades of yellow, blue, and red. Finally, we'll return to Trapani, arriving three and a half hours after departure.
