At the indicated time, we'll meet at the main office of Parque das Laranjeiras, where we will take a bus to Barragem das Laranjeiras.

Upon arrival, an introduction will be provided, explaining the safety rules and conducting a rafting training session in the water. After learning the basics, we will get into the inflatable rafts to begin the activity in the Vale do Canasta.

We will arrive at the rafting area to demonstrate how to handle the oars and descend the river at full speed, navigating the rapids of the Paranhana River. This route covers a total of 5 kilometers.

Several stops will be made along the way for participants to enjoy the stone slides and try forming a trenzinho, launching down the rapids in a single file line. This will be an enjoyable experience.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point, concluding the activity two hours later.
