Istria Food Tour

At 9 am we'll meet at your chosen point in Trieste to begin our tour. During this time we'll visit 3 attractive locations in Istria, known for their wine and culinary traditions.

Our first stop will be Hum, a village famous for its Biska, and known as the smallest village in the world with only 20 inhabitants. We'll explore this charming town to taste local products and enjoy the mountainous landscape before heading to Motovun.

In Motovun, the most famous medieval town in Istria, we'll observe the city walls and discover historical buildings, including the Church of St. Stephen from the 17th century. We will taste one of its important local products, the truffle, which is key to many Istrian dishes.

Later, we will leave Motovun for Grožnjan, located on fertile land good for wine and olive oil production. The village offers a variety of restaurants for local cuisine and is known for its cultural significance, attracting artists to its picturesque environment.

The tour will conclude with a return to the starting point in Trieste.
