Istria Food Tour

At 9 am we'll meet at your chosen point in Trieste to begin our tour. We will visit 3 attractive locations in Istria, famous for their wine and culinary traditions.

Our first stop will be Hum, known for its Biska and considered the smallest village in the world with only 20 inhabitants. We'll taste local products and enjoy the mountainous landscape before heading to Motovun.

In Motovun, we will observe the city walls and discover historical buildings, including the Church of St. Stephen from the 17th century. We'll also taste a key local product, the truffle, an important ingredient in many Istrian dishes.

Next, we'll visit Grožnjan, known for producing excellent wine and olive oil and offering a variety of restaurants featuring local cuisine. This village is recognized as a town of art and music due to its attraction for artists drawn by the stunning landscapes.

The tour will conclude with a return to the starting point in Trieste.
