At 9 am we'll meet at your chosen point in Trieste to begin our tour. During this time we'll visit 3 of the most attractive locations in Istria, known for their wine and culinary traditions.

Our first stop will be Hum, which is renowned for its Biska and is considered the smallest village in the world with only 20 inhabitants. We'll explore this town to taste local products and view the mountainous landscape before heading to Motovun.

Upon arrival in Motovun, the most famous medieval town in Istria, we'll observe the city walls and historical buildings, including the Church of St. Stephen from the 17th century. We will also taste one of its key local products, the truffle, an important ingredient in many Istrian dishes.

Next, we will visit Grožnjan, known for excellent wine and olive oil production. This village offers a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine and is recognized as a town of art and music, attracting artists due to its landscapes.

The tour will conclude with a return to the starting point in Trieste.
