Istria Food Tour

At 9 am we'll meet at your chosen point in Trieste to begin our tour. During this time we'll visit 3 notable locations in Istria, known for their wine and culinary traditions.

Our first stop will be Hum, famous for its Biska. Hum is considered the smallest village in the world with only 20 inhabitants. We'll taste local products while enjoying the mountainous landscape before heading to Motovun, our next stop.

In Motovun, we will observe the city walls and explore historical buildings, including the Church of St. Stephen built in the 17th century. We will then taste one of its key local products, the truffle, a significant ingredient in many Istrian dishes.

Next, we will proceed to Grožnjan, known for its excellent wine and olive oil. The village, celebrated for its artistic presence, features various restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine.

The tour will conclude with a return to the starting point in Trieste.
