Trieste Wine Tasting

At the indicated time, we'll meet at number 9 Via Trento, in the heart of Trieste. After introductions, we'll start discovering the winemaking traditions of Friuli, Karst and Istria. We'll explore the characteristics of these 3 types of terroirs.

We'll immerse ourselves in a 1-hour sensory experience, tasting 3 different wines. The activity begins with a sparkling wine from Friuli, paired with an aperitif that will enhance its notes and aromas.

Next, we'll taste a white wine from Istria, notable for its freshness and complexity, accompanied by an aperitif made with typical regional ingredients. We will conclude the experience with a red wine from the Karst of Trieste, rich in history, complemented by another snack.

Once our journey to discover the wine of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia is over, we'll end the experience.
