Trieste Wine Tasting
Join this wine tasting in Trieste and explore the notes and aromas of wine from three different terroirs: Friuli, Karst, and Istria.
We will meet at number 9 Via Trento, in the heart of Trieste. After introductions, we will begin a journey to discover the winemaking traditions of Friuli, Karst, and Istria.
We will engage in a 1-hour sensory experience, tasting three different wines. We will start with a sparkling wine from Friuli, accompanied by an aperitif that enhances its characteristics.
Next, we will taste a white wine from Istria, noted for its freshness and complexity. This will be paired with another aperitif made from typical regional ingredients. Finally, we will conclude with a red wine from the Karst of Trieste, known for its history and character, also served with a snack.
The experience will conclude after exploring the wines of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia.
