Trieste Wine Tasting
We will meet at number 9 Via Trento in Trieste. After introductions, we will begin a journey to discover the winemaking traditions of Friuli, Karst and Istria.
The tasting will consist of a 1-hour sensory experience featuring 3 different wines. We will start with a sparkling wine from Friuli served with an aperitif.
Next, we will taste a white wine from Istria, renowned for its freshness and complexity, accompanied by another aperitif made with typical regional ingredients. We will conclude with a red wine from the Karst of Trieste, known for its rich history and character, paired with a snack.
Our exploration of the wine of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia will conclude after the tasting experience.
