Diving in Trincomalee
At the scheduled time, pick-up will be arranged from your hotel in Trincomalee to the dive center. You will receive a wetsuit, mask, and fins, and we will prepare the equipment for the speedboat ride to the diving spot. A brief introduction will cover the type of immersion planned. You will then dive into the Gulf of Bengal, with the possibility of encountering turtles, reef sharks, and other marine life. If you've booked two dives, we will allow the necessary time before diving again. After the diving sessions, you will be taken back to your hotel in Trincomalee.
Requirements for the activity
To participate, an international Open Water certificate or similar accreditation is required to confirm preparedness for the immersion.
Pick-up
This activity includes collection from hotels in Trincomalee. If you are staying elsewhere, you need to travel to Ward No. 1, 9th Mile Post.
Important information
After your final dive, it is advised to wait at least 24 hours before flying or ascending to high altitudes.
