PADI Advanced Open Water Diving Course

If you have already completed the PADI Open Water Diver course and want to expand your knowledge, the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is the next step. You can dive to a depth of 100 feet (30 meters). You may choose to complete the theory part at the center or online from home if pressed for time.

During the course, you will make five immersions: two obligatory dives - Deep Adventure Dive and Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive - and three specialty dives from the following options:

Wreck Diver.Night Diver.AWARE - Fish Identification.Boat Diver.Peak Performance Buoyancy.

Day 1: Deep Adventure Dive and Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive

On the first day, we will pick you up from your hotel in Trincomalee at 8:30 am and take you to the dive center. After providing equipment, we will board the speedboat to the selected diving spot. The focus will be on deep diving and underwater navigation, learning to manage dives up to 100 feet (30 meters).

Days 2 and 3: Specialities

The next days will be dedicated to the three dives corresponding to the specialties chosen. Each specialty provides valuable knowledge applicable to future dives, allowing you to select those that best suit your interests.

Upon successful completion of all exercises, you will obtain your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certificate.

Requirements to do the course

The minimum age for the course is 12 years old.Completion of the PADI Open Water course is required to obtain this advanced certificate.

Pick up

This activity includes collection from hotels in Trincomalee. If staying elsewhere, you must travel to Ward No. 1, 9th Mile Post independently.
