Join us on this free tour of the historic center of Trinidad and La Vigía hill at sunset. We will climb the hill to admire the stunning sunset over Trinidad, located in southern Cuba.

Free tour of La Vigia Hill at Sunset

The tour will begin in the main square of Trinidad, near the statue of Terpsichore at the Hotel Iberostar Heritage Grand Trinidad at the scheduled time.

As we stroll through Carillo Square and other locations in the historic center of Trinidad, we will learn interesting facts about the town and the Valle de los Ingenios, both of which are declared World Heritage Sites.

We will then proceed to climb La Vigía Hill, where we can enjoy breathtaking views as the sun sets over Trinidad. The sky will display reddish, orange, and violet hues, showcasing one of the most notable sunsets in southern Cuba.

After viewing the sunset, we will descend La Vigía Hill while discussing the history of pirates in the region. This area in Cuba has historically held significant strategic importance for trade routes in the Caribbean Sea.

Our free tour will conclude after approximately 2 hours back in the historic center of Trinidad.
