Horse Riding in The Parque El Cubano Natural Park

Immerse yourself in the lush nature of Trinidad on this horse-riding tour of Parque El Cubano. Additionally, enjoy a refreshing swim in a waterfall within the natural park.

Description

Participants will meet at 174 Callejón del Olvido in Trinidad at the designated time before walking to meet the horses. After receiving equipment and instruction on horse control, we will begin a 7.5 kilometer (4.6 mile) journey to Parque El Cubano.

Upon entering the natural park, participants will observe the unique plants and wildlife of Cuba, including significant bird species such as the Cuban emerald, the hummingbird, and the Cuban trogon, which is the national bird.

The horse-riding route culminates at a waterfall, where participants will have an hour and a half to relax and swim in the natural pool beneath the falls. After enjoying this setting, we will proceed to a local restaurant for lunch (not included). Post-lunch, we will ride back to the original departure point, concluding the tour approximately 5 and a half hours after departure, and return to Trinidad on foot.
