At 9 am, pickup will be at your hotel in Trinidad to depart for Topes de Collantes Natural Park.

The tour will start at El Mirador, which is 1,640 feet (500 meters) above sea level, offering a view of the Valle de los Ingenios, Trinidad, and the Caribbean Sea.

After an overview of the area's history, the tour continues 5 miles (8 km) through Topes de Collantes, one of the most extensive protected reserves in Cuba.

Next, the tour stops in the community of Topes de Collantes to learn about local life, followed by a visit to a coffee plantation featuring three varieties: arabica, robusta, and Liberian.

The tour then proceeds to Vegas Grande for a moderate hiking route to explore regional plants and animals. The hike concludes at a waterfall where a refreshing swim is possible.

After the hike, return to the vehicle to enjoy a lunch with typical Cuban dishes at a local restaurant. Following lunch, return to Trinidad, with drop-off at your hotel around 3 pm.
