During this Topes de Collantes Natural Park tour, you'll experience one of the largest protected reserves in Cuba. Explore a rainforest featuring waterfalls, grottos, natural pools, and diverse flora and fauna.

Topes de Collantes Tour

At 9 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Trinidad and depart for Topes de Collantes Natural Park.

The tour begins with a stop at El Mirador, a viewpoint at 1,640 feet (500 meters) above sea level, offering views of the Valle de los Ingenios, Trinidad, and the Caribbean Sea.

We will continue 5 miles (8 km) through Topes de Collantes, one of Cuba's most extensive protected reserves. The next stop will be the community of Topes de Collantes to learn about local life, followed by a visit to a coffee plantation growing arabica, robusta, and Liberian varieties.

Next, we will head to Vegas Grande for a moderate hiking route to explore the local plants and animals. At the hike's end, you can swim in a beautiful waterfall.

After hiking, we will return to the starting point where our vehicle will take us for a delicious lunch with typical Cuban dishes at a local restaurant.

We will return to Trinidad and drop you off at your hotel around 3 pm.
