The tour begins at Plaza Carillo Square, where participants mount their bikes to start exploring the less-known areas of the city. The first stop is a traditional winery to learn about the different types of wines in the Guadalupe Valley. Following this, the route continues to an old train site that transported sugar cane in Cuba.

After understanding this aspect of the local economy, the group will visit a pottery workshop where a master potter demonstrates the creation of authentic pottery. Trinidad is recognized as a World Craft City in addition to its World Heritage status.

The tour concludes at the Valle de Los Ingenios viewpoint, offering views over the sugar cane fields, followed by a drink before cycling back to the starting point.
