Trinidad Tour + Mercado Campesino

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and set off on our tour of Trinidad, the department of Beni's capital.

We'll visit the Plaza Central, the colonial cathedral, and the Plaza de las Banderas, exploring the history of the municipality, founded in the Jesuit missions in the Moxos region. This includes its pre-Hispanic, colonial, and republican history.

Next, we'll visit the San Juan stream, where you may see lizards and capybaras, the largest rodent in the world, with some weighing over 132 pounds (60 kilograms).

The tour will then take us to the Mercado Campesino, where we'll learn about the region's arts and crafts traditions. At the market, you'll find local handicrafts, including handbags and hats, along with unique elixirs and medicines made from Amazonian products.

You will have time to explore the market and shop before being driven back to your hotel. Our arrival is scheduled 1 hour and 30 minutes after pickup.
