Fjords Road Trip

On this road trip from Tromsø to Sommarøy, we will traverse one of Norway's scenic routes. The journey includes driving through valleys, fjords, seas, lakes, white sandy beaches, and iconic bridges.

Fjords Road Trip

On the activity day, we will meet at Roald Amundsens Plass 1A to start the road trip. The drive from Tromsø to Sommarøy, also known as the Summer Island, promises stunning views. A camera is recommended to capture the scenery.

During the trip, there is a chance to see reindeer that roam in the area. Depending on the season, this excursion may offer a safari experience through Tromsø's highlights.

A light meal will be provided en route, featuring typical Norwegian cuisine to maintain energy levels.

After approximately 4 to 5 hours of driving through Tromsø's landscapes, we will return to the meeting point to conclude the trip.

Itinerary Changes

Be aware that the itinerary may change due to adverse weather conditions. If such conditions arise, it may not be possible to reach Sommarøy, and we might explore the surroundings instead.
