Reindeer Sleigh Ride + Sami Camp Visit

Experience Norway's indigenous people's traditional way of life and take a reindeer sleigh ride through the Norwegian Lapland! Visit a Sami camp while riding alongside Santa's furry friends.

Tour Description

At the specified time, we will meet at the Tromso Havn Prostneser bus terminal. We will board a minibus for a scenic 30-minute journey to an authentic Sami camp.

Upon arrival, you will see numerous wild reindeer around the Sami cabins, with food provided for you to feed these furry friends if you wish.

Next, enjoy a reindeer sleigh ride with options of a 10-15 minute ride or a longer 20-25 minute ride.

As we glide through the landscapes of Norwegian Lapland, you can appreciate the region's beauty and experience a traditional mode of transport.

Afterwards, we will gather in a cozy cabin around a campfire for a hot drink and traditional stew, while learning about Sami culture. The experience concludes with a performance of "joik," a traditional Sami song.

After approximately 4 hours, we will return to the meeting point, concluding the activity.
