Discover the amazing mammals that inhabit the Norwegian fjords on this whale watching boat trip.
Whale Watching Fjord Cruise
At 8 am, we'll meet at the pier located to the side of Skarven Kro Restaurant on Kaigata Street in Tromsø. We will sail the icy waters of the Norwegian fjords.
During the winter months, particularly from early November to the end of January, Tromsø's waters welcome Humpback whales, killer whales, porpoises, and other Arctic cetaceans as they migrate to feed on herring.
We will cruise the Norwegian fjords to observe these mammals. Once spotted, we will stop the boat to calmly watch them and take photographs. While observing, you can also visit the boat's bar for hot drinks.
After witnessing this spectacle, we will return to the starting point between 4 pm and 5 pm.
Important
We cannot guarantee whale sightings, as their presence can be influenced by weather, which is unpredictable. The duration of the trip will depend on the weather and whale spotting time, lasting between eight and nine hours.
This activity will be conducted without disturbing the animals, utilizing a silent electric motor to prevent noise or vibrations that could harm the cetaceans.
