Chimu & Moche Cultures Tour + Marinera Show
At 9:40 am, we'll meet at the Plaza de Armas in Trujillo and head southeast to visit the Moche countryside.
During the tour, we will explore the way of life of the Peruvian countryside. We'll visit the Huacas de la Luna, where we will learn about the Moche culture, viewing polychrome murals and relief friezes.
The next stop will be at Huaca Chica in Moche Pueblo, where you can have lunch at nearby restaurants. Afterward, we will enjoy a horse show and the 'Marinera', a traditional Peruvian dance.
Following the show, we will visit Chan Chan, the largest adobe construction in America, covering 20 square kilometers (215 square feet) and dedicated to the god of the sea.
After exploring this archaeological complex, we will proceed to the coast, where you will have one hour of free time at Huanchaco Beach to watch the sunset or stroll along the tourist pier.
Finally, we will return to Trujillo, concluding the excursion at approximately 6:25 pm.
