Beginner-Level Official Scuba Diving Course

Day 1 and 2: Theory and Confined Water

On the first day, we'll meet at a dive academy on Sagitario Street to kickstart our PADI Open Water course in Tulum. The first and second day focus on a theory introduction to scuba diving. You'll learn about diving equipment, safety protocols, and underwater communication signals. A brief knowledge test will ensure understanding of fundamental concepts. You'll practice diving in confined waters for six hours over both days, concluding at the academy.

Day 3: Coral Reef Dive

For the third day, we'll meet at the academy at the same time and travel to Casa Cenote, near the Caribbean Sea. This day includes a total of four dives, exploring the cenote and nearby reefs, reaching depths of 18 meters (60 feet). The duration will be five to six hours. At the end, you will receive your international diving certificate, officially becoming a diver!
