5-Day Package Tour of Tunisia

On this 5-day all-inclusive tour of Tunisia, we will visit Hammamet, Douz, Tozeur, and other key destinations, including film locations from Star Wars.

5-Day Package Tour of Tunisia

Day 1: Tunis - Hammamet

Upon arrival in Tunis, transportation will be provided to travel south to Hammamet. After a 1-hour drive, you will have the afternoon free for exploration.

Day 2: Hammamet - El Djem - Matmata - Douz

You will start the day with breakfast before visiting El Djem, home to Africa's best-preserved Roman amphitheater, a World Heritage Site. Next, the trip continues to Matmata, where you will visit troglodyte homes followed by lunch at a troglodyte restaurant.

In Douz, optional tours of the desert by camel or rickshaw may be available, depending on weather and conditions. The day concludes with dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 3: Douz - Debebcha - Chott el Djerid - Ong Jemel - Tozeur

Breakfast in Douz is followed by a visit to Debebcha and then the Chott el Djerid salt lake. Lunch will be provided in Tozeur. Following lunch, the tour includes Oung Jmel, notable for film locations from Star Wars.

The day concludes with dinner and accommodation in Tozeur.

Day 4: Tozeur - Kairouan - Hammamet

The journey starts with breakfast in Tozeur, heading to the mountain oasis of Chebika and Tamerza, followed by lunch in Gafsa. The trip continues to Kairouan, where you will see the Great Mosque exterior and may visit a tapestry workshop. Finally, you'll return to the hotel in Hammamet.

Day 5: Hammamet - Tunis capital

The tour concludes with breakfast at the hotel in Hammamet, followed by transportation to the airport in Tunis.

Hammamet (2 nights): 5* hotel Mehari Hammamet or similar.Douz (1 night): 4* hotel Sahara Douz, Mouradi Douz, or similar.Tozeur (1 night): 4* hotel Mouradi, Ras el Ain, or similar.
