You will be picked up from your hotel in Tunis to begin your guided tour of Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. The first stop will be the archaeological site of ancient Carthage. Arriving at Byrsa hill, you will see the ruins of the historic capital, founded by the Phoenicians in the 9th century BCE, later conquered by the Romans and occupied by the Arabs, showcasing a significant mix of cultural heritage. Your English-speaking guide will lead you to explore the remains of ancient Carthage, visiting its most notable ruins, such as the commercial and military ports.

The next stop is the Tophet of Carthage, a sacred cemetery and sanctuary for the deities Tanit and Baal, where you can admire ancient Carthaginian funerary and religious artwork.

Following your visit, you will travel to Sidi Bou Said, located ten minutes from Carthage. As you walk through its labyrinthine lanes, you will appreciate its whitewashed houses with blue doors and windows, alongside views of the Mediterranean Sea.
