Dougga & Bulla Regia Tour Itinerary

After being picked up from your hotel in Tunis at 8 am, you'll board an air-conditioned vehicle for your excursion to the archaeological sites of Dougga and Bulla Regia.

Following approximately a two-hour drive, you'll arrive at Bulla Regia, an important Roman archaeological site. A guided tour will provide insights into the origins and history of the ancient Punic, Berber, and Roman settlement, highlighting well-preserved ruins including colorful mosaic floors.

Next, travel to Dougga, located just over an hour away. Here, you will take a break for lunch at a traditional restaurant.

After lunch, continue exploring Dougga's Roman theatre, built in the 2nd century CE, which could seat more than a third of the town's population. Your English-speaking guide will lead you through the ruins, including the Square of the Rose of the Winds, the market, the capitol temple, the forum, and the baths.
