Description

Day 1: Tunis

You will be met upon arrival at the Tunis-Carthage International Airport. After collecting your luggage, you will be taken to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay near the Medina of Tunis.

Day 2: Tunis - Carthage - Sidi Bou Said - Sousse

After breakfast, depart to the archaeological site of Carthage. You will have lunch on your own in a local restaurant and then visit Sidi Bou Said for leisure time. Return to your hotel in Tunis for dinner and rest.

Day 3: Tunis - Dougga - Zaghouan - Sousse

After breakfast, travel to the ruins of Dougga, with several stops including the Capitoline temple and thermal baths. After lunch, visit Zaghouan and the Temple of the Waters. Overnight in Sousse with dinner.

Day 4: Sousse - El Djem - Matmata - Douz

Breakfast in Sousse followed by visits to El Djem and its Archaeological Museum, and then Matmata for lunch. End the day in Douz with an off-roading vehicle ride through the Sahara dunes, followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Douz - Debebcha - Chott el Djerid - Ong Jemel - Tozeur

After breakfast, travel through Debebcha and the Chott el Jerid salt lake. After lunch, visit Ong Jemel, a film location. Overnight in Tozeur with an optional dinner show.

Day 6: Tozeur - Kairouan - Sousse

After breakfast, visit the mountain oases of Chebika and Tamerza, followed by lunch, and then proceed to Kairouan. Tour the Great Mosque and see local tapestries before returning to your hotel in Sousse for dinner.

Day 7: Sousse

Enjoy free time in Sousse on a half-board basis. Explore the Medina, a World Heritage Site, and participate in optional private day trips. Meet for dinner later in the evening at a hotel in Sousse.

Day 8: Sousse - Tunis

You will be dropped off at the Tunis-Carthage Airport in time for your flight, concluding the tour.
