Description
Day 1: Tunis
Upon arrival at Tunis-Carthage International Airport, you will be taken to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in the city near the Medina of Tunis.
Day 2: Tunis - Carthage - Sidi Bou Said - Sousse
After breakfast, depart to the archaeological site of Carthage to learn about this ancient Phoenician colony. Lunch is on your own at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to Sidi Bou Said for free time. Return to your hotel in Tunis for dinner.
Day 3: Tunis - Dougga - Zaghouan - Sousse
After breakfast, visit the ruins of Dougga and see key sites such as the Capitoline temple. After lunch, visit Zaghouan to see the Temple of the Waters. Overnight stay in Sousse with dinner.
Day 4: Sousse - El Djem - Matmata - Douz
Travel to El Djem in the morning for the Archaeological Museum and amphitheater. Later, visit Matmata and its cave houses, followed by dinner in Douz and an evening desert ride.
Day 5: Douz - Debebcha - Chott el Djerid - Ong Jemel - Tozeur
Leave Douz after breakfast, stopping at Debebcha and the Chott el Jerid salt lake. Enjoy lunch and visit Ong Jemel. Check into your Tozeur accommodation with an optional dinner show.
Day 6: Tozeur - Kairouan - Sousse
Visit the oases of Chebika and Tamerza, dine locally, then explore Kairouan and the Great Mosque. Return to Sousse for dinner.
Day 7: Sousse
Enjoy free time in Sousse, with options to explore the Medina or book private day trips. Meet for dinner in the evening.
Day 8: Sousse - Tunis
Transfer to Tunis-Carthage Airport for your flight, concluding the tour.
