Tunisia 8-Day Tour

On this 8-day tour of Tunisia, we will visit key attractions including Carthage, El Djem, the Canyon of Mides, and the troglodyte houses of Matmata.

Tour Details

Day 1: Tunis - Hammamet

Upon arrival at Tunis-Carthage International Airport, you will be transferred to the hotel in Hammamet. The rest of the day is free, and dinner is included at the hotel.

Day 2: Hammamet - Kairouan - Tozeur

After breakfast, we will head to Kairouan for a guided tour of its historic centre. Lunch will be in Gafsa, followed by a visit to Tozeur's Medina before dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Tozeur - Chebika - Midès - Tozeur

After breakfast, we will explore the countryside, visiting Chebika Oasis and the Midès Canyon. The afternoon is free for personal exploration in Tozeur, with dinner included at the hotel.

Day 4: Tozeur - Chott El Djerid - Douz - Ksar Ghilane

We will travel to Chott El Djerid and visit Douz market. In the afternoon, we'll reach Ksar Ghilane for dinner and camping in the desert.

Day 5: Ksar Ghilane - Matmata - Sfax

After breakfast, we will travel to Matmata to see the troglodyte houses before lunch and a visit to Sfax to explore its historic centre and the Great Mosque. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Sfax.

Day 6: Sfax - El Djem - Sousse - Hammamet

After breakfast, we will visit El Djem's amphitheatre, a World Heritage Site, followed by the Medina of Sousse. After lunch, we arrive in Hammamet for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Hammamet - Sidi Bou Said - Tunis

Breakfast will precede a visit to the archaeological ruins of Carthage and the village of Sidi Bou Said. Lunch will be enjoyed before exploring Tunis, returning to the hotel for dinner.

Day 8: Tunis

On the final day, breakfast is provided before transfer to Tunis-Carthage airport for departure.
