They say that the capital of Piedmont is the city of magic. On this tour of the mysteries and legends of Turin, we'll tell you stories of mysticism and magic as we explore the old town.
Description
Alongside Lyon and Prague, Turin is part of Europe's black and white magic triangle. Esoterism experts claim that the darkest point of this trio is the Piazza Statuto in Turin, where we will meet at the selected time to begin uncovering the city's curious mysteries and legends. While black magic hasn’t been practiced in the city for centuries, the dramatised performance included in the tour will evoke that atmosphere.
In this square, you'll find what are claimed to be the Gates of Hell, despite skepticism. You will also see the Frejus Tunnel monument, dedicated to the construction workers who died during the railway tunnel's construction, which intriguingly features a statue of Lucifer.
Next, we'll proceed to the Piazza Castello gardens, home to the statues known as the angles of Turin, which conceal a secret message. Many additional stories and legends will be shared here.
The tour concludes outside the Gran Madre di Dio church, where special sculptures are located. Legend suggests that one of these sculptures holds the clue to the Holy Grail. We will return to the initial meeting point by bus afterward.
