Itinerary

Water is sacred in Hinduism, with rivers and lakes considered holy. Lake Pichola is surrounded by ghats, stepped embankments for bathing and religious rites, including Ambrai Ghat, the starting point of your tour.

During your tour of Udaipur's ghats, you will stroll along the banks of Lake Pichola while your guide explains the significance of the steps and the water to the local community. Starting from Ambrai Ghat, your route will take you to Hanuman Ghat and Gangaur Ghat, offering views of the temples and havelis that line the lake.

The walk concludes at the dock at Lal Ghat, where you will board a boat for a cruise of Lake Pichola. You will sail across calm waters and view islands with magnificent structures, such as the Lake Palace and Jag Mandir Palace.

Your tour will end back at the Lal Ghat port.
