On the day of your excursion, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ulaanbaatar at 9:30 am and set off to the Gorkhi-Terelj National Park. The journey will take approximately one hour.

Upon arrival, we'll explore the park's landscapes and observe the unique characteristics of the Mongolian steppe. A notable feature is the rock formation shaped like a giant turtle. The itinerary includes a visit to the Ariyabal Meditation Temple, a Buddhist monastery located on a hilltop.

Next, we'll spend an hour exploring the Gorkhi-Terelj National Park on horseback and meet a local family to learn about the traditional nomadic lifestyle in Mongolia.

After this, we will stop for lunch to enjoy typical Mongolian dishes. Following lunch, we will head back to the minibus for the journey to the Genghis Khan Statue Complex.

After a thirty-minute drive, we will reach the Genghis Khan Statue Complex. Here, we will view the 131-foot (40 meter) tall stainless-steel statue and learn about Genghis Khan, the founder and first emperor of the Mongolian Empire. We will also enjoy the views from the top of the statue.

The tour will conclude with our return to Ulaanbaatar, dropping you off at your hotel around 4:30 pm.
