Semi Gobi Desert Tour

We will pick you up from your hotel in Ulaanbaatar at 8 am and depart by minibus to the Semi Gobi Desert, characterized by partially arid desert and a green mountainous backdrop.

Driving through the Mongolian steppe, we will reach the desert, where coffee or tea and a snack will be provided. You will meet a local family who will discuss their traditional nomadic lifestyle.

Experience desert life with an hour-long camel or horse ride through the landscapes, allowing you to admire the dunes and mountains of Mongolia.

After the ride, a delicious lunch featuring local specialties will be served. The menu may include buuz (steamed dumplings), khuushuur (meat pastries), and tsuivan (noodle dish), along with tea and cookies for dessert.

With renewed energy, we will embark on a short trekking route through the dunes for a final exploration of the desert landscapes before returning to Ulaanbaatar. You will be dropped off at your hotel around 7 pm.
