The pachamanca demonstration in Urubamba showcases the preparation of this traditional Peruvian dish, rooted in the Quechua culture's 'earth pot' concept. At the Tunupa Sacred Valley restaurant, experts guide participants in creating an authentic pachamanca using tubers, meat, local sauces, and spices. The dish is cooked on heated stones in a traditional style. Participants can enjoy a pisco sour before tasting the stew and sharing it in accordance with the Andean ancestral rite. The experience begins at 12 pm and ends at 2 pm.
