Martillo Island Penguins Day Trip

Description

The tour departs from Ushuaia tourist dock for a boat trip through the Beagle Channel. Pass by Bird Island to see various bird species. Continue to Isla de los Lobos to observe sea lions and the Les Éclaireurs lighthouse. Visit Martillo Island with its renowned penguin colony, including Magellanic and Gentoo penguins.

On the return journey, spot historical sites like Túnel and Remolino ranches, and the semi-sunken Monte Sarmiento ship. The excursion lasts approximately four and a half hours, concluding back at the Ushuaia pier.
