Tour Details
At the designated time, we will meet at the reception in the Fasol Menin Winery, situated in the green hills of Valdobbiadene. Prepare to learn about the DOCG wines from this family-run winery in Veneto.
Inside the winery, we'll explore the various rooms to understand the different phases of wine production. Information about the unique characteristics of these vineyards, recognized as a Unesco World Heritage Site in 2019, will be provided.
After the winery tour, there will be an opportunity to taste three Fasol Menin Superiore DOCG wines from Valdobbiadene, alongside a selection of cured hams, cheeses, and a cicchetto, a local snack.
The visit concludes with a glass of homemade white grappa from Prosecco, served with traditional crackers. This marks the end of the approximately one hour and fifteen minutes experience as we wrap up at the winery's exit.
