At the indicated time, we'll meet at the reception in the Fasol Menin Winery, located in the green hills of Valdobbiadene. This family-run winery in Veneto offers insights into the secrets of DOCG wines.
Inside the winery, we'll explore its rooms to learn about the different phases of wine production. You'll understand the unique characteristics of these vineyards, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2019.
After the winery tour, you'll have the chance to enjoy a tasting of three Fasol Menin Superiore DOCG wines from Valdobbiadene, accompanied by a selection of cured hams, cheeses, and a cicchetto, a typical snack of the region.
We will conclude the visit with a glass of homemade white grappa from Prosecco served with traditional crackers. This wraps up the experience, which lasts approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.
