Chulilla Day Trip

At the specified time, we will meet outside the MYR Hotel Puerta Serranos in Valencia. From there, we will proceed to the Las Calderones Natural Site, located near Chulilla.

We will arrive at this stunning natural area in the region of Los Serranos, approximately 50 minutes away, and explore the environment through a trek, discovering the remarkable canyon, which is one of the Valencia region's natural treasures. The area is known for its hanging bridges over the River Turia, which we will cross during the trek.

Next, we will visit the Chulilla Castle, a National Historical Monument. We will ascend to the top of the castle, initially built by the Moors and transformed over time, particularly after the wars between the Kingdom of Aragon and the Kingdom of Castile in the 14th century.

With the assistance of an expert guide, we will uncover the various uses of this castle throughout history and the secrets it holds. The views from this location are remarkable.

Before returning, we will take a walk around the historic center of Chulilla and allow time for rest or meals at your own expense.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point in Valencia, arriving 7 hours later.
