Excursión a Altea, Villajoyosa y Benidorm

On this excursion to Altea, Villajoyosa, and Benidorm from Valencia, we will explore three towns in the province of Alicante.

Tour Highlights

At the designated time, we will pick you up from the meeting point you select during booking, initiating a 1.5-hour journey to Villajoyosa.

Upon arrival, a guided tour of the historic center will commence, where we will navigate the Renaissance walls and visit the church fortress of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. The visit includes the colorful houses that define Villajoyosa.

We will also explore the local culture, focusing on Arab and Christian festivities and the chocolate tradition, with a visit to the Chocolates Valor factory.

Next, we’ll head to Benidorm and stop at the Mediterranean Balcony for views of the Costa Blanca. Notably, Benidorm has the highest number of skyscrapers per inhabitant in Europe.

We will then proceed to Altea, known for its charming fishing village and the iconic blue dome church. Participants will have 2 hours of free time for lunch and additional exploration.

We will conclude the tour by visiting the Russian Orthodox Church of Altea, before returning to the initial meeting points after 9 hours of sightseeing.
