Guided Tour of Valencia
We'll meet at 11:30 am in Valencia's historic centre, specifically at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
From this location, we'll visit the Central Market and the Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange), notable for their Gothic architecture. We'll then proceed to the Plaza de Manises to see the Generalitat Valenciana and the Serranos Towers, a significant medieval entrance to the city.
The tour continues to the old Turia riverbed, now a park with vegetation and sports facilities. We will return to the city centre to admire the Plaza de la Virgen, Valencia Cathedral, Almoina Archaeological Museum, and the Basilica of the Desamparados.
We will conclude the guided tour at the Santa Catalina church tower around 2 pm.
After the tour, enjoy a traditional Valencian paella at a local restaurant, served with wine or water.
