Señorita Malauva wine bar, located next to the cathedral of Valladolid, is a notable spot for tasting wines with Denomination of Origin from the province, including Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Cigales, and Toro. Reservations must select one of the following options, all led by a professional sommelier explaining the characteristics of the wines over 1.5 hours.

Tasting of 4 Wines & 13 Cheeses

This option includes a tasting of 4 wines: vermouth, white from Rueda, rosé from Cigales, and red from Ribera del Duero, with one glass of each D.O. wine per attendee. It is accompanied by 13 different kinds of cheese made in Castilla y León, including goat's curl from Tiétar and sheep's cheese with saffron. Important: on weekends, the last tour is from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.

Tasting of 4 Wines & Wagyu Beef

Includes the tasting of 4 wines: Vermouth, Rueda, Ribera del Duero, and Cigales. The sommelier assists in identifying the nuances and aromas of these wines, each attendee receiving one glass of each D.O. wine. The tasting is paired with Wagyu beef carpaccio from the Santa Rosalía estate and Wagyu pastrami jerky with honey and mustard sauce.
