Señorita Malauva wine bar, located next to the cathedral of Valladolid, is a recognized gastronomic center for tasting wines with Denomination of Origin from Valladolid, such as Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Cigales, and Toro. Reservations require selecting one of the following options, all led by a professional sommelier over 1.5 hours.
Tasting of 4 Wines & 13 Cheeses
This option includes a tasting of 4 wines: a welcome vermouth, a white from Rueda, a rosé from Cigales, and a red from Ribera del Duero, with one glass of each D.O. wine per attendee. Accompanying the wines are 13 different kinds of cheese made in Castilla y León, including goat's curl from Tiétar and the sheep's cheese with saffron.
Important: on weekends, the last tour runs from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
Tasting of 4 Wines & Wagyu Beef
This option comprises the tasting of 4 wines: Vermouth, Rueda, Ribera del Duero, and Cigales. Each attendee will have one glass of each wine, with expertise from the sommelier on their characteristics. The pairing includes Wagyu beef carpaccio and Wagyu pastrami jerky with honey and mustard sauce.
