Tasting of 4 Wines & 13 Cheeses (1.5 hours)

Enjoy a tasting of 4 wines with Denomination of Origin: white from Rueda, rosé or claret from Cigales, red from Ribera del Duero, and red from Toro. Each attendee will have a glass of each wine. Pair these wines with 13 cheeses from Castilla y León.

Important: Last weekend tour is from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.

Tasting of 4 Wines & Wagyu Beef (2 hours)

Taste 4 wines: Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Cigales, and Toro. Appreciate the nuances and aromas of these wines with Designation of Origin. Pair them with Wagyu beef carpaccio from the Santa Rosalía estate and Wagyu pastrami jerky.
