Las Coloradas and Ek Balam Trip

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Valladolid between 7 and 7:30 am before heading to the picturesque municipality of Río Lagartos for a 2-hour boat ride on the Lagartos River.

During the boat ride, you will observe flamingos, herons, and pelicans in this protected environmental reserve. You can take a traditional Mayan mud bath afterwards, followed by a typical lunch with a selection of regional dishes.

At 12:30 pm, we will proceed to the archaeological site of Ek Balam. Here, you will encounter walls, pyramids, arches, and a pre-Columbian ball game. After the visit, you will have free time to explore the site at your own pace.

Finally, we will return to Valladolid, arriving at your hotel around 5:30 pm.
