Where to Collect the Valladolid Card
Pick up your card at the Tourist Information Office located on Acera de Recoletos St. The operating hours are as follows:
January 1 - June 30: 9:30 am - 2 pm and 4 pm - 7 pm (closed on Sunday afternoons)July 1 - September 10: 9:30 am - 2 pm and 5 pm - 8 pm (closed on Sunday afternoons)September 11 - December 31: 9:30 am - 2 pm and 4 pm - 7 pm (closed on Sunday afternoons)Patron Saint Festivities (from September 4 to 13, 2026): from 9:30 am to 2 pm and 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
