Concejo Bodegas Tour

At 11:30 am, we'll meet at the Concejo Bodegas winery, located on the outskirts of the historic center of Valoria La Buena, to discover the wines of Valladolid.

We'll start with a tour of the organic vineyards in the Pisuerga countryside, learning about vine care and the types of grapes grown in the region.

Next, we'll watch a short video about the history of the Concejo wineries and their family tradition. Wine production in Valoria La Buena dates back to the 12th century, and it is believed the Catholic Monarchs toasted with local wine at their wedding.

After the tour, we'll go to the winery's restaurant for a wine tasting featuring the Carredueñas Rosado, Burro Loco Tinto, and Carredueñas Crianza Selección varieties, paired with three tapas including cured sheep's cheese, cecina, foie gras, and tuna with onions.

We'll conclude our visit outside the Concejo winery at 1 pm.
