We'll meet at the indicated time at Plaza Sotomayor to start this tour, following in the footsteps of Pablo Neruda, exploring places that inspired his works and passion for the sea.

Our journey begins at the First Pier, where we'll discuss the story of Lord Cochrane. We will pass by the First Fire Company, the Ministry of Culture, and the Navy Building. Understanding these sites offers insights into Neruda's admiration for sea trades and the courage of those involved.

Next, we'll ascend to Cerro Alegre via the Peral funicular for views of the city and port. In the Paseo Yugoslavo, we will appreciate the bay, the same horizon featured in Neruda's verses. We’ll descend the Bevestrello stairs and walk along the Gálvez passage, experiencing the Bohemian atmosphere cherished by Neruda.

We will seek the Gervasoni and Atkinson viewpoints to admire the port. After crossing the Piano staircase, we will reach the Dimalow passage, known for local cafés and shops.

Finally, we'll take the Reina Victoria elevator to the Casa Museo La Sebastiana. This was the residence of Pablo Neruda, where each room reflects his poetic energy. We will conclude this 3 to 4 hour tour.
