Musical Valparaiso

We'll meet at Plaza Sotomayor at the scheduled time to begin our music tour of Valparaíso, recognized by UNESCO as a Creative City of Music.

The journey starts with a stroll to Cordillera Hill, the birthplace of poets and singers. A local musician will accompany us, sharing insights into the musical history of this coastal Chilean port city.

The main musical genres highlighted include cueca chora and bolero, leading us to the Port neighborhood. With iconic buildings as our backdrop, our guide will serenade us with a popular repertoire from the port. We'll enjoy and toast with a glass of wine or beer during the experience.

Next, we'll visit Liberty, the oldest bar in Valparaiso, founded in 1897. This establishment is a famous gathering spot for musicians and locals.

Finally, we will return to our starting point, concluding our musical 4-hour tour.
