Valparaiso Walking Tour

We will meet at Plaza Sotomayor at 2 pm to start our tour of Valparaiso's main attractions. The city features a landscape of colorful houses overlooking the sea.

The tour begins on one of the city's historic funicular railways, which have been operational for over 100 years, connecting the lower city to the hilltop districts. We will explore Alegre Hill and Concepción Hill, walking through streets and ascending steps to reach stunning viewpoints.

Next, we will take another funicular train back to Plaza Sotomayor, followed by a trolleybus tour of the city's historic center, with some trolleybuses over 50 years old and recognized as National Monuments.

Our journey culminates with a ride on the Artillería funicular, offering exceptional views of the city. Afterward, we will proceed to Paseo 21 de Mayo, where the tour concludes around 5 pm.
