Grouse Mountain Day Trip
After hotel pickup, we will head north toward the mountains outside the city, crossing the Lions Gate Bridge. Our first stop will be Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, where you can cross the longest footbridge in the world, standing above a cedar forest and the Capilano River. During this visit, we will view First Nations artwork and experience the Cliffwalk attraction.
Next, we will visit a salmon hatchery along the riverbank, learning about the local salmon species and their reproduction challenges, and observing hatching and young fish before their release into the river.
Our final destination is Grouse Mountain, accessible by cable car. Enjoy panoramic views as we ascend. At the top, explore the Wildlife Refuge, observe chainsaw carvings, and learn about local wildlife at the Theatre in the Sky.
After exploring, we will return to your hotel, concluding the tour after a total of 6.5 hours.
