Would you like to learn about the history and monuments of Vancouver? On this guided tour, we'll explore the most iconic spots and discover interesting facts about this city in British Columbia.
Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet in front of Canada Place, the starting point for our walking tour. We will walk along the boardwalk with views of the Pacific Ocean, heading toward the neighborhood of Gastown.
During our tour, we'll pass by Vancouver's oldest buildings in the streets of this neighborhood. We'll then reach Victory Square for panoramic views of the city.
Next, we'll visit Chinatown to explore its streets and shops. Following this, we will see the Vancouver Public Library, which resembles an ancient Roman amphitheatre from the outside. After admiring its architecture, we'll proceed to view the BC Place Stadium, known for having the largest pneumatic structure in the world.
We will continue along Robinson Street until we reach Robinson Square, home to a gift store where you may wish to purchase souvenirs.
Finally, we will admire the impressive Marine Building, one of the tallest buildings in Vancouver, located at the corner of Hastings and Burrard Street.
This walking tour will conclude after 3 hours just outside this skyscraper.
