Costa de la Luz Off-Roading Adventure

Join us for an off-roading experience along the Costa de la Luz in Cadiz, where adventure, history, and nature converge in one memorable day.

Tour Options

You can choose between a 4 or 8-hour tour.

4-Hour Tour

The tour departs from the meeting point towards Viento de Valdevaqueros beach, followed by a climb on a dune framed by white sand. Next, we head to the Corrales de Punta Paloma before stopping for breakfast with country bread, continuing to Bolonia Beach and the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia. The route includes the sacrificial pyre at Sillón del Moro and the cave paintings at Cueva de los Caballos. We will also visit Zahara de los Atunes, seeing Atlanterra Beach and the lighthouse of Punta Camarinal, before concluding at the beach of Caños de Meca and the cliffs of Trafalgar Lighthouse.

8-Hour Tour

The tour begins at the Tourist Office in Vejer de la Frontera where the 4x4 vehicle is ready. We will traverse rustic roads, viewing Cadiz's windmills, Palomar de la Breña, and Caños de Meca beach. The tour includes a visit to the Trafalgar Lighthouse and the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia. A picnic lunch will feature Spanish dishes such as salmorejo and potato omelette, with drinks included.

Following lunch, we continue along the Cadiz coast to Tarifa to explore its city walls and Guzmán El Bueno Castle, learning about the city’s history. The journey wraps up with a visit to the Strait viewpoint for views of the Strait of Gibraltar and the African coastline before returning to Vejer de la Frontera.
