We will pick you up from your hotel at 9:30 am to begin our private tour of São Jorge and discover the beautiful corners of the island. Our first stop will be at Parque Forestal das Sete Fuentes, a natural paradise with cypress trees, pine trees, cryptomerias, and sequoias.

Inside the park, we will visit Ponta dos Rosais, a cape of volcanic origin known for its bird species, including the common tern and the cory. Next, we will head to the Fajã de João Dias viewpoint to admire the coastline.

You will learn about São Jorge cheese's protected status and its production at the Beira Cheese Factory, where we will enjoy a tasting. Around 12 pm, we will have a buffet lunch at a traditional restaurant.

After lunch, we will visit the church of Santa Barbara, home to an important 18th-century tile mosaic, and stop at Casa do Parque, a museum on the Azores' geology.

We will continue the tour to Fajã do Ouvidor and the natural pool Simão Dias. If weather permits, we will snorkel in the waters. São Jorge's landscapes include Fajã dos Cubres, Caldeira Santo Cristo, and Fajã dos Vimes, where we will view coffee plantations.

Finally, we will arrive at Ponta do Topo, the landing site of the first men on the archipelago. The tour will conclude with your drop-off at your hotel at 5:30 pm.
