Alvarado & Tlacotalpan Day Trip

At 8 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Veracruz and begin our journey of approximately 1 hour to reach the town of Alvarado.

In Alvarado, we'll explore its picturesque streets and discover its peculiar colonial architecture.

Next, we'll go to the idyllic Papaloapan River for a 30-minute boat ride, enjoying the views of the town from the water.

After the boat ride, we'll head to Tlacotalpan, a city declared a World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO. Here, we'll go on a guided tour around the main landmarks.

Following the guided tour, you'll have free time to grab lunch at one of the local restaurants and enjoy the gastronomy of Tlacotalpan.

We'll return to your hotel in Veracruz, arriving at 6 pm.
