At the indicated time, we'll meet on Via Leoncino, just a few steps from the Arena of Verona, and enter a gourmet shop specialising in cured meats and cheeses for a sensory experience.

Inside, we'll discuss the importance of cheese production in the Veneto region and explore interesting facts about the area before starting the tasting.

Cheese tasting engages not only taste but also smell, touch, and other senses! As we taste, we'll fully engage with each cheese while discussing the various ingredients and steps in the production for each product.

To complement the cheeses, we'll enjoy a glass of red wine from Valpolicella, along with nuts, honeys, jams, and other snacks.

After 1 hour, we'll conclude the tasting.
