We'll meet at the appointed time in front of the Porta Borsari, in the historic centre, to start a gastronomic tour of Verona.

During the tour, we'll discover the history of this Venetian city while enjoying Verona's cuisine. The tour will begin with a classic aperitif, followed by a taste of risotto or fresh pasta.

After sampling the aperitifs and some typical first courses, we'll conclude the itinerary with a "Pastissada," a dish of horse meat and polenta, or with baccalà alla veronese. The meal will include a tasting of three local wines.

After 3.5 hours spent discovering the flavours of Verona, the tour will end.
